Offering relaxed brasserie-style dining at affordable prices, multi-award winning Michelin starred chef Stuart Muir offers inventive menus of contemporary twists on classic dishes. All menus are designed using fresh, local, seasonal and sustainable produce sourced from our impressive bank of local suppliers. 

Whether it’s a quick bite with colleagues, a lingering lunch with friends, a gourmet dinner experience, Dine offers something for everyone.

Our A La Carte Menu is committed to sourcing the finest of local, seasonal and sustainable produce and our team of talented and inspired chefs will create modern classic dishes with flare and imagination, all at affordable prices.

Deserts at Dine

Available Monday to Thursday and between 5pm – 7:00pm Friday and Saturday. Our pre theatre menu is updated regularly, bringing you the best in locally sourced produce, at the best time.

Our Market & Lunch Menu is available (Monday – Saturday) from 12-3pm and after 5pm (6.30pm is the last sitting for the Market Menu on a Friday or Saturday evening). *A La Carte Menu is also available.
