After consulting with our wonderful team of staff and supportive suppliers, the company has made the difficult decision to close Dine with immediate effect until such time we have been advised it is safe to reopen. This decision has not been made lightly, but the health and wellbeing of our employees and customers must always come first and foremost, above any financial loss.

We have implemented a resilience program to ensure measures of financial support is available to our wonderful team and their families, and what is for certain, we will all be back once this crisis has passed, bigger and better than ever before!

So, what happens next?

  • Any customer with a reservation from today until the 15th July will be contacted by our duty managers over the coming days to cancel or rearrange their booking to a later date.
  • Itison vouchers have been extended until the 30th November
  • Any customer who has purchased a ticket for our Jeff Leyton exclusive events will be offered a future date with a complimentary drinks package; and all Itison vouchers will be extended for 6-months after the expiry date.
  • Any pre-paid deposits and advance payments for future bookings will be guaranteed and are fully transferable for an indefinite period of time.
