DISABLED ACCESS
For persons who are disabled or with limited mobility, access to the restaurant is via a lift situated on the ground floor in front on the Traverse Theatre Box Office. Once inside, the restaurant is on a single level with full access to all areas along with compliant toilet facilities. Please inform our duty manager if any of the diners have restricted mobility and we will ensure a suitable table is allocated.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES
Please inform the restaurant of any dietary requirements or food intolerances prior to your visit.
GROUP RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
To reserve a table for parties of five guests and over we require a valid debit or credit card to confirm your reservation. Debit / credit card details are held securely and will be charged £30.00 per person in the event of a No Show or a Late Cancellation, increasing to £50.00 per person during the months of August and December.
At busy times we operate a 15 minute ‘no show’ policy and cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your allocated reservation time.
Whilst we do our upmost to honour table requests, we unfortunately cannot guarantee.
SERVICE CHARGE
A discretionary 10% service charge is added to tables of 8 guests and over. Gratuities left by our customers are passed in full to the staff. Neither the company, nor senior management benefit in any kind whatsoever from gratuities left by our customers.
CHILDREN
Children and young person’s up to the age of 17 years can remain on the premises until 10:00pm
A children’s menu is available up until 6:00pm. We also have 2x highchairs and baby changing facilities.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers can only be redeemed at the restaurant they have been purchased for and are non-transferrable.
PRE-DINNER DRINKS & COCKTAILS
Customers are most welcome to arrive early prior to the reservation time and enjoy a pre-dinner drink or cocktail in our lounge.
