At Dine we operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any member of our team being verbally abused, intimidated, or spoken to in a derogatory manner by any customer or a fellow member of staff.
It is wholeheartedly unacceptable, and any person(s) found to be in breach of this policy will be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect and where justified, be reported to the relevant authorities.
Anti-social behaviour has no place in our business, and we pride ourselves on operating a workplace environment based on the principles of equality, diversity, and full inclusion.
